Internet Commissioning
In most cases an existing internet connection is all that is required to deploy ArdentView. But in some cases, ArdentView provides our channel partners with consultation on internet commissioning for new site locations as well as working to improve existing internet connections at existing sites.
IP Camera Switching
ArdentView provides at no additional costs, the proper ethernet switching device(s) for a given site. Each switch port provides PoE or PoE+ power for cameras connected. Each switch port is fully managed by the cloud gateway and the ArdentViewV SaaS. Making a homogeneous environment for the complete ArdentView deployment.
Internet Cloud and Lagacy Site Gateways
ArdentView includes required gateways with every site subscription so that our customers and channel partners minds can be at ease knowing that ArdentView has the ability to resolve over 95% of issues remotely as well as provide legacy camera compatability.
Managed Services Support for Every Site
ArdentView has the unique ability to monitor all cameras and IoT devices at a site via our network infrastructure products. In addition to the VMS platform we provide a secure gateway that allows seamless management maximizing uptime and issue resolution that others dare not compare.
